We rely on our specialised Ferrari spa courier (http://www.ferrarigroup.net) by purchasing through our e-commerce site, Users can receive the products directly at home, with security van and security service

If purchasing from countries outside of Italy, Ferrari spa will take care of all the necessary customs clearance procedures and duties.

Products will travel in special protective containers to ensure the purchases are in the best possible shape.



All product prices are to be understood net of shipping costs.

The Company will arrange for the jewellery transport to the address indicated by the Registered User. The Company only delivers purchased Products to authorised areas and those which are indicated in the "FAQ" section, depending on the accessibility of the delivery location. The Products will be delivered on the days selected by the Registered User at the time of purchase. Unless explicitly agreed in writing, the Registered User or its agent must be present at the address indicated in the order at the time of delivery. The delivery service is only guaranteed for housing which can be accessed by the means available to the Company's Transporters (e.g. not to houses which can only be reached by dirt roads or pedestrian traffic only).

Upon delivery of the goods, the User or the person responsible for the goods must check that the packaging is intact, not damaged or otherwise altered. Any damage to the packaging and/or the Products must be immediately notified by the User, by writing "Goods received - subject to verification" on the Transporter’s delivery documents and specifying the reason for the claim (for example, "Torn Package", "Tampered Package"). For any product abnormalities, the User can contact the Company by writing to info@boitedor.it or through the "Contact Us" section, mentioning anomaly and documenting it with photographic material.

The Company undertakes to execute the order in good faith and to fulfil, or have fulfilled, with the utmost diligence, all the obligations therein with a spirit of solidarity and self-organisation that characterises and must characterise all the activities and Services offered and used by Users through the Website. 

The Company will not be liable for any delays during transport. Similarly, the Company cannot be held liable for any loss, damage, misrepresentation or lack of delivery caused by events and/or causes of force majeure; by way of example natural disasters, adverse weather conditions (such as intense snow), strikes (company employees or other employees), accidents involving the transport means, explosions or any other similar or different cause which is beyond the Company’s control and which is not attributable to it, even pre-existent, which prevents or aggravates total or partial execution of the contract. 


Delivery failure

The Registered User acknowledges and accepts that if the Product cannot be delivered due to the fact that the User (or the person assigned) is not present at the time of delivery on the agreed day; the purchased Products will not be removed from the order and the relative amount will not be credited back to the User's account.
